The organic industry is one of the fastest growing agricultural segments. Organic farming yields such vital benefits as preservation of soil’s organic composition. Organic farmers utilize practices that maintain and improve fertility, soil structure and biodiversity, and reduce erosion. It reduces the risks of human, animal, and environmental exposure to toxic materials. Organic farming which is a holistic production management system that promotes and enhances agro-ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity is hence important. Many studies have shown that organic farming methods can produce even higher yields than conventional methods.
